Fighting Fathers of Dist 1
Fighting Fathers of District 1 is dedicated to the proposition that children are best served by having unfettered EQUAL access to BOTH parents and to the proposition that fathers are indispensable to the parenting process. We exist to assist parents in achieving this goal through education about the process to parents, education of the judiciary, lobbying efforts directed at changing the archaic and abusive custody and support laws, and through removal of those judges who insist upon maintaining the old system that has for 40 years traumatized our children, taught them divorce and strife and destroyed generations of the American family. We are happy to assist anyone interested in achieving these goals.
Please feel free to examine the contents of our site via the menu on the left of this page.To the right is a list of attorneys, psychologists and private investigators who have proven sympathetic to our cause and have achieved successes in the Courts with furthering the goal of equal custody. We welcome your comments, input, advice and assistance. We have nothing to sell you and seek only beneficial change for our children.
New for 2011 will be a number of studies and statistics demonstrating the efficiency (or lack thereof) of our local Court system and our elected public servants, our judges - we have been tracking custody cases in real time and will begin sharing that information with our visitors. A sample :
ONLY CONSIDERS CASES INVOLVING CUSTODY DECISIONS | |||||||

Clearly evident even in this table, which updates in near-real time, are significant problems in Escambia County that need to be addressed by the Chief judge vis-a-vis resource allocation, follow up on cases that have slipped through the cracks, and even on the general administrative order that judges rotate through Family Law on a two year cycle - obviously Skievaski left in January 2010, yet there are still outstanding cases in 2011 left over from 2009. We do offer kudos to our judges in Okaloosa County who run the most efficient Family Court system in the First Judicial Circuit - well done, gentlemen.
