Michael Allen
Judge Michael Allen, rumored (and hoped) to soon be retiring, has joined our cast of failed jurists and known child abusers; Allen, notorious for his
laziness and inability to get the simplest orders out on time, has reached a new low even among the old guard in the First Circuit. We have learned that Allen has begun to plan his exit
strategy by catering to his old partners in crime, the Bar, particularly the Family Law Bar, by actively engaging in cover ups of their deliberate misconduct. Not only is he engaging in assisting their cover ups,
he is punitively meting out custody awards to punish those who dare to speak out about the abuses perpetrated by those family law attorneys who practice in front of him in an effort to discourage other honest and
concerned parents from complaining about the scum who inhabit the local Bar. One must assume that, like the tarnished Skievaski, Allen intends to return to and swim in that tainted pool. He has engaged in this conduct with at least two
abusive attorneys in Pensacola. Kathleen Anderson and Gayle Ryba; with Ryba he has colluded to deprive one litigant of his right to due process, - Ms. Ryba was seen sitting in his office, sans client or opposing counsel,
presumably to work out the details of her cover up for allowing her client to give perjured testimony - that complaint remains before the Bar, although one
can have little real hope that the Bar, corrupt as it is, will ever take any action. The sad aspect of this situation is that Allen deliberately avoided considering the evidence that was the subject of the perjury, and then
had the gall to deny admission of it when the perjury was discovered. Worse, he crafted an order wherein he concealed the fact of his perfidy and stated that no such evidence was presented, in spite of the Statutory requirement that he consider the evidence as
crucial in his custody determination. Again sadly, this case began when the mother moved the abusive father out based upon instructions from DCF (CLICK HERE FOR DCF REPORT) , Four year old Daniel explains to his mother how the horrendous bruise left by a belt came to be from his stepmother, Denae, yet in Judge Allen's Final Order the judge states that no evidence of domestic violence was presented and the dis-honorable Judge Michael Allen awarded custody to the father and the abusive stepmother
