In what can only be called business as usual the White House has started another program to help our children. Headed by First Lady, Laura Bush the program is called Helping America's Youth Or HAY for short. The program regurgitates almost 40 years of studies that prove children need both parents. They claim that they are mounting a nationwide awareness program to motivate caring parents to connect with their children. As usual they focus on the "at risk children" of divorce and arrive at countless number of solutions with the exception of making sure the divorced father has access to his children. More of our tax money wasted on ignoring Fathers.

Risky behaviors, including illegal drug and tobacco use, violence, and early sexual activity, are among the top causes of disease and early death among youthCommitted and responsible fathering during infancy and early childhood contributes to the development of emotional security, curiosity, and math and verbal skills.
An "analysis of 67 studies" indicated that, compared to children who live with their married parents, children who have experienced a divorce have significantly lower academic achievement, psychological and emotional adjustment, self-concept, social relations, and higher levels of misconduct such as delinquency or aggression.

The Federal Government Contributes over 60% of the budget for The Child Support collection agency. Yet there is No incentives to enforce visitation and the States of Florida and California could care less.
