BAD JUDGES ON PARADE

FFOD1 is pleased to present our newest addition of Judges on Parade taken straight from the archives of the Florida Supreme Court; many of you may find the reported judicial abuses too outrageous to be believable, but in fact each one is a documented case of judicial abuse. If you have a judge engaged in misconduct whom you feel needs to be reported, please use the JQC Form provided here, and remember - SEND US A COPY - we have been tracking the JQC for quite some time and complaints from 'ordinary' citizens often get 'misplaced'.

ANA GARDINER - one of our all time favorites, caught shtupping the prosecutor in a murder trial that she was sitting on as judge; charges were filed by the JQC and she lied to them repeatedly, under oath, about her relationship with the prosecutor. (FFOD1 NOTE: Why wasn't she prosecuted for perjury ? Are judges and attorneys exempt from the laws that govern the rest of us ?). Not surprisingly she is still a member of the Florida Bar in good standing, still eligible to practice (CLICK HERE). We're not surprised to find her still there - if we dis-Barred all attorneys who have ever lied in Court there would only be a handful left....

JOYCE JULIAN - a classic in its own way. Our sweet little jurist , attending some type of judicial conclave at Amelia Island, was found wandering the halls of the resort naked from the waist down and drunk. She told the responding officers that her wine had been drugged by a 'mystery man' who had then assaulted her. The Nassau County Sheriff's Office later determined that her entire story was a fabrication and filed charges against her for falsely reporting, but the prosecutor ( an attorney, naturally) later dropped those charges. She was voted out of office but (cough) remains a practicing attorney (CLICK HERE). Perjury doesn't seem to be a bar to the Bar, now does it ?

JAMES R ADAMS - caught in a sexual relationship with an attorney who regularly practiced before his Bench to include unwarranted continuances for her, as well as dismissing charges against her clients. The JQC found him guilty of the charges but due to his 'unblemished record' (and we suspect his race) decided that he would only suffer a public reprimand......my, my, my...the sexual appetites of our esteemed jursits just know no bounds, do they ? Our very own Kenneth L Williams comes to mind.

GARBAGE JUDGES

What do you call a Circuit Judge addicted to illegal prescription drugs - tune in tomorrow for the answer...

Judge Michael Allen, rumored (and hoped) to soon be retiring, has joined our cast of failed jurists and known child abusers; Allen, notorious for his laziness and inability to get the simplest orders out on time, has reached a new low even among the old guard in the First Circuit. We have learned that Allen has begun to plan his exit strategy by catering to his old partners in crime, the Bar, particularly the Family Law Bar, by actively engaging in cover ups of their deliberate misconduct. Not only is he engaging in assisting their cover ups, he is punitively meting out custody awards to punish those who dare to speak out about the abuses perpetrated by those family law attorneys who practice in front of him in an effort to discourage other honest and concerned parents from complaining about the scum who inhabit the local Bar. One must assume that, like the tarnished Skievaski, Allen intends to return to and swim in that tainted pool. He has engaged in this conduct with at least two abusive attorneys in Pensacola (read more click here)

THOMAS R SANTURRI We're sure that it might have happened before, but for FFOD1 this is a first - we actually have documentation of one of our esteemed local jurists deliberately lying on a Court order to protect his own sorry butt . After completely going overboard on an Emergency Order he falsified a 'follow-up" order to include evidence that was never presented in his court, evidence that was rebutted by one of the witnesses who happens to be the minister of a large local church (read more click here)

Our very own Kimmy Skievaski, recently deposed from the Bench, returns to our Hall of Shame. We have learned that Skievaski, never when a judge to be bothered by minor technicalities like the law, or like child abuse, is up to his old tricks as a private citizen... it appears that this former jurist and current member of the Bar is threatening private attorneys who attempt to serve subpoenas on him - what are you threatening them with, Kimmy ? Bar complaints ? Threats of turning the other judges against them and their clients ? Well, I suspect that when your phone records are subpoenaed and you are deposed (and you will be deposed) the truth will come out.

swansonThe dis-Honorable Ronald V Swanson leads off our hit parade of Garbage Judges; we don't currently have a picture of that jurist, so we supplied the closest facsimile available.

Swanson has been partially contained in Santa Rosa County for the last few years, but cruel fate has now unleashed him upon Escambia County. He is arrogant, rude, overbearing and boorish. Swanson fled Santa Rosa County when that former destroyer of children, Kim "Kimmie" Skievaski decided that the time was ripe to step down from the Bench. He will begin a new reign of terror in Escambia County in January, 2010.

Kenneth Williams is no longer assigned to Family Law per the 'mandatory' reassignment imposed by Chief Judge Terry Terrell in April 2009. This change was many years too late. Williams committed so much child abuse during his tenure on the Family Law Bench that any longer would probably have resulted in the complete destruction of the American nuclear family.

Williams well-known penchant for attractive women, and his resulting custody decisions in their favor, has deprived many fathers and their children from normal childhood experiences; Williams was unable to separate his amorous leanings from his rulings in Court, and indeed, extended to his abuse of his judicial authority outside of Court. In one rather famous incident Williams, accompanied by his supposed paramour, flashed his judicial credentials to an Escambia County deputy who was attempting to stop him from trespassing on a closed section of beach while seeking refuge for a tryst (click here for police report).

We sincerely hope that Terrell, and all successor Chief Judges, will have the good sense to never again assign this child abuser to the Family Law Bench.

Peggy QuincePeggy Quince, the current Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court, holds a position of great responsibility and power, and has consistently used that position to usurp the rights of fathers and to abuse children. Quince was a token appointment to the District Court of Appeals and was further elevated to the SCOF in a move that smacks of political expedience.

Qunice has always been her own best spin doctor in her efforts at self-promotion. She has regaled audience after audience with her homespun tales of growing up in poverty and being 'forced' to attend segregated schools (we find this rather comical, Peggy - isn't the converse true ? Weren't white students equally 'forced' to attend segregated schools ?) Are you inferring that all black faculties (click here to read more)

This site is dedicated to the return of Mary Lake, abducted by her mother and taken from the country when she was only a small child, and to William Lake's fight to have his daughter returned. Full custody was awarded to Mr. Lake several years ago but the Japanese, aided and abetted by our own Department of State , ahve obstructed that Court-ordered return to Lake from the fugitive and abusive ex-wife.
